Over the last few years, cancer immunotherapy experienced tremendous developments and it is nowadays considered a promising strategy against many types of cancer. Although immune checkpoint blockade has emerged as a novel promising strategy for triple-negative breast cancer , many patients fail response or acquire resistance to current agents.
